The Emergency Foodshelf Network (EFN) is pleased to announce the 5th annual Baskets of Hope distribution for Thanksgiving 2009 !
Our Baskets of Hope registration is closed for the November 2009 basket. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Registrations for the December basket will open on Nov 16 2009 at 10 AM.

Baskets of Hope provides holiday food packages at no cost to families in need. Each basket may be filled with turkey, chicken, fruits, bread, vegetables, fresh potatoes, gravy and a frozen fruit pie that serves 6-8 people.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• Registration will open Nov. 16. at 10 a.m. When registration has opened you will see a clickable link here to bring you to the registration page.
• Registration is open until filled and available through this web site only. Participants may visit their local library, community center or foodshelf to access the website.
• Registration will not be taken by phone or in person at our warehouse. Information and registration is available in English and Spanish.
• Participants can register only once for the program. Registrations are processed through a duplicate screening system. Attempts to register for multiple packages will not be honored.
• You will not be able to pick up for others who register, and group registration will not be honored.
PICK-UP INFORMATION
• Participants will chose a date and time to pick-up their package during the registration process. Baskets will be distributed at: The Emergency Foodshelf Network 8501 54th Avenue North New Hope, MN 55428
• Pick-up dates for Thanksgiving: November 20 & 21th, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants must come during their scheduled pick-up time. Once scheduled, the pick-up time and date cannot be changed.
• Participants must present a valid photo ID along with a utility bill dated within the past 30 days at the time of pick-up.
• The person registered must pick up their own basket.
• If you register for a basket and do not pick-up your food this year, you will not be able to receive a Basket of Hope services in the future. No exceptions.
• EFN reserves the right to refuse service to participants that display disorderly conduct or are under the influence.
“CANASTAS DE LA ESPERANZA” INSCRIPCION PARA DICIEMBRE El programa “Las canastas de la esperanza” abrirá para registracion en nuestra página de la red el 16 de octubre.
Emergency Foodshelf Network (EFN) se complace en anunciar el cuarto año de la distribución de las “Canastas de la Esperanza” en Noviembre.
“Las Canastas de la Esperanza” proveen paquetes de comida sin costo a familias con necesidad. Cada paquete está lleno de comida tradicional como vegetales, papas frescas, pavo, relleno, salsa y un pastel de frutas congelado para 6 u 8 personas.
INFORMACION DE LA INSCRIPCION
Participantes pueden inscribirse solamente por computadora en nuestra página de la red: www.emergencyfoodshelf.org. Participantes pueden visitar su biblioteca local y ciertos centros comunitarios para poder tener acceso al internet.
Inscripción no se harán por teléfono ni personalmente en nuestra oficina. La información y registración están disponible en Inglés y Español.
Participantes pueden registrarse únicamente una vez en el programa. Registraciones son procesadas a través de un sistema de pantalla de duplicados. No se pueden registrar para mas que una canasta.
INFORMACION DE RECOGER
Participantes pueden escojer una fecha y tiempo para recojer su paquete durante el processo de registración. Las canastas será distribuido en: Emergency Foodshelf Network, 8501 54th Avenida Norte, New Hope, MN 55428.
Las fechas de escoger canastas para el día de gracias: 20 y 20 de noviembre, de 10:00am hasta 6:00pm. Participantes necesitan llegar durante su tiempo previsto. El tiempo y fecha no puede cambiar.
Participantes necesitan mandar identificación con una foto y una cuenta de utilidad con una fecha dentro de 30 días de la distribución.
Si usted registra pero no recoge su canasta, no puede registrar en 2010. No hay excepciones.
EFN reserva el derecho de negarse servicio a participantes que exhiban conducto desordenado o que están bajo la influencia.
